    The organization of this book is what makes it so useful for me. Menus are arranged from quick, to informal, to elegant; and also summer menus & breakfast/brunch menus. Her selections go well together and are appropriate for the occasion. Braised Curried Eggplant, Szechuan Braised Bean curd and Vegetables, and Penne with Eggplant Sauce are some of my favorites.
