Fantastic! A 30th anniversary update of Gilletz's original food processor book, with additional recipes, nutrition information and a much easier layout. Full of useful tips and delicious homestyle recipes, with a strong representation of traditional Jewish dishes, greatly simplified by the use of the food processor. Lots of great dessert recipes, too. This is one of those books you'll find yourself using constantly, as the recipes are simple, direct and delicious!

This is really delicious and quick to prepare. I subbed the couscous for quinoa because that's what I had in my pantry. I will definitely keep this recipe in rotation, especially during the hot summer. Highly recommend!
