Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Grilled sea bass in white wine and coriander sauce

    • saladdays on November 15, 2013

Didn't follow the first instruction which is 'Build a medium-hot fire in a grill' - not on a cold November evening in the U.K ! Instead I fried the sea-bass coated with the rubbed-in paste and served it with the sauce which was easy to make. It was pleasant enough but not remarkable, the lime juice in the sauce didn't cut through the white wine.

Excellent easy to make in Mini processor. Used half olives and half sundried tomatoes. Loved the flavors. and keeps for quite a while.
