    This is a very tasty and satisfying bowl of pasta. I tweeked it a bit with a chile pepper pasta and added a half cup of passata to the sauce for more heft. The interplay of the spicy sausage and squid rings and tentacles is a classic, and the instructions are dead on.

    I really enjoyed the combination of spicy sausage and squid in this pasta dish. I'd never cut squid into strips in the way this recipe specifies but it gave it a try and it cooked up perfectly.
