Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple way to make a great dinner. I added kimchi to the bowl as well.

    Tasted like a very good (northern European) chicken broth. Very tasty but not phò as I have had it in Minneapolis. Next time double the spices and fish sauce. I would say this is my second favorite phò recipe so far. I prefer the Cook's Illustrated Southern Vietnamese-Style Chicken Phò.
