These were my third attempt at raspberry muffins: ...(the others) were disappointing, these however, are perfect: delicious, tender and the raspberries don’t get mushy in the batter.

I followed Ms. Mushet’s every word to the 't', and too my astonishment produced some pretty amazing croissants if I have to say so myself...They were pretty close to the ones from my local bakery.
