    pg 181-honey roast pork: the best marinade for char siu I've found so far. Cooking method is somewhat fussy, broiling for about half an hour during which you have to baste 5-6 times and turn the meat 4 times, but then it's only half an hour of hands on time, the marinade takes about 5 minutes to put together. I marinated for about 18 hours.
