Baked eggs with spinach

  I have made an Italian version of baked eggs with spinach for years. This recipe is a very good version as well that I will repeat often.
Sweet and sour carrots

  These were very good but I found they needed a long time to cook. I didn't have baby carrots, so I cut thin regular carrots. Next time I would steam or parboil for a few minutes first or else cut in thinner rounds.
