    Tried so far the jumbleberry tart, the sausage rolls and cheese rolls... All have resulted in people asking for the recipe! Hope this book get indexed soon!!!!

    Jumbleberry pie. Delicious!! Had no orange so used apple juice instead and it worked a treat! Definitely making that again! Party food not cook under very well so may part bake next time before adding filling.

    CHICKEN AND CHORIZO WITH SPICED PAPRIKA CRUMBLE - p. 29 – First use of this recipe and this book and I’m happy to report we’re off to a pretty good start. This pie was delicious and all the flavours blended together nicely. We were surprised that the lemon flavour was discernable in the finished dish and it provided a nice contrast to the other bold and earthy flavours. My only nit with the recipe was that it didn’t produce enough sauce so I’d increase the chicken stock next time. Otherwise this was lovely and I’d be happy to make it again. Photos here:

      Very pretty and tasty enough, but not very easy to cut and eat. Also not especially extraordinary! If I make again, I will make into small tartlets, and try to find a way for the filling to "hold" more,

      Made this for dinner with in-laws served with salad. Made one big one instead of little ones and slightly par cooked the crust in advance. This was very tasty

      This is a new family favourite. Left out the chilli to suit younger tastebuds but came together relatively quickly and surprised how much daughter and husband loved this. Served with sugar snap peas. Definite make again!

      This is a great, super easy to work with pastry. Rolls out very easily and smoothly. I used it as a crust for quiche.
