Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Mocha Toblerone thickshake

    • fairyduff on January 13, 2022

I just had to try a thickshake that included five-spice! Intriguing result; mine a bit runny using milk so to thicken it I added sour cream (no yoghurt in the fridge today). Hazelnuts through the blender could be easily replaced with hazelnut meal and I am going to next try this with some Everything Butter or Super Cacao Spread

  • Three ways with one-pan roast chook 2: my anti-anxiety soup

    • fairyduff on June 06, 2021

This recipe made a terrific soup. Last night's roast chicken got used up and the pot also took a selection of leftover roast veg as well. Delicious.

  • Salted dark chocolate popcorn

    • fairyduff on February 06, 2021

Delicious - gonna do this again - lots! Aussies who enjoyed chocolate crackles when they were kids need to try this recipe.

  • Flower power eggs

    • fairyduff on January 16, 2021

A novel way to present eggs, and no need to wash egg rings afterwards! A simple and delicious combo. I certainly will do this again.
