The Kindle edition is very disappointing. Unlike most ebooks, it is a series of images, not electronic text. There is practically no table of contents that would allow you to quickly go to a specific section or recipe. (The two entries are "Cover" and "Vegetable of the Day", which is the entire book other than the cover.) There is no way to search for anything. You can't even insert your own bookmarks that might allow you to at least go to the images of the index or the images of particular pages. Worst of all, even if you go to the end of the book, consult the image of the index there, and see an interesting recipe, the page number in the image of the index does NOT work to find that recipe when you plug it into Kindle's "go to" box.
