Pretty easy to make and pretty tasty

  • Orecchiette with Swiss chard & burrata

    • lizbot2000 on May 12, 2018

This was great! I love burrata, and it was really used well in this recipe. I used Aleppo pepper, which gave it a nice hint of spiciness. Really good and quick weeknight meal. Use more chard than you think you need, because it was delicious and I would have liked more.
