  • Roasted vegetable, feta, and smoked almond salad

      Crunchy smoked almonds and feta cheese were a nice addition to this roasted veg salad. I liked the dressing and vegetable seasoning combination. I saved half the salad (separating the components to avoid sogging out the lettuce in dressing) for the next day and think I liked it better the second day.

  • Turkey chili with chiles and black beans

      Easy, tasty dinner. I used slightly more beans, salsa verde, and green chiles than specified in the recipe. I garnished the chili with scallion, chipotle chile powder, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. I would make this again.
