    Ground beef and zucchini casserole (for tonight) (and, while you're at it) beef and beans (for the freezer) (pg 67). All the recipes in this book are recipes in tandem i.e. produce something to eat now and something made ahead. This is very clever meal planning and labor saving, but I find that I rarely like both dishes equally well. In this case the casserole is a very decent casserole but the beef and beans was too bland for my liking.
