      OMG! These were fantastic. Tomatoes had some bad spots so I had to slice them instead of stuffing them. Otherwise, made the stuffing as directed. It's fantastic on it's own and would be good with any number of veggies!

      YUM! I wound up making the what I had on hand version and it was still wonderful. Used garlic naan, deli ham, Aldi's flavored goat cheese, fresh mozzarella diced... The only thing I wish I'd had was regular goat cheese since that would've given a tang that the vanilla blueberry didn't.
