    BBQ Portobello & Potato Salad. I only made the mushrooms and I really enjoyed! I only used 2tsp smoked paprika because ours is pretty hot and this was a nice level of heat. DH said it was "alright" but he doesn't really like mushrooms. He agreed the marinade was good - may try it on tofu.

    BBQ Bourbon sauce - made without optional Tabasco and subbed 2.5tsp red miso for Marmite. Recipe states 150g Apple Juice which seemed strange so I did ml instead. Made own Passat by blending and sieving plum tomatoes. Very tasty!
