Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Chilli chicken masala

    • et12 on February 11, 2025

This was pretty good and had a good amount of spice to it. I think I would prefer to cook the onions first though to get more flavour out of them rather than adding them after the chicken.

  • Cheeseburger dirty rice

    • tacoquokka on February 10, 2026

Easy to make, quick dinner. Subbed Impossible for ground beef, also used turkey bacon, came out well.

  • Spicy vegetable fried rice

    • et12 on May 27, 2025

We did not enjoy this at all. Lacked flavour (too little sauce) and the cooking instructions instructed to overload the wok with all the ingredients instead of cooking in batches.

  • Mediterranean-style halloumi bake

    • et12 on February 10, 2025

A tasty lunch that did not freeze very well.
