      These were certainly fudgy, but almost too 'airy'. The texture threw everybody off a bit.. not sure if I will make this recipe again.

      These brownies are like girl scout cookies taken to the next level. I toasted the coconut before adding it to the caramel sauce just to give it a little crunch and extra flavor. The brownie is very moist and would be great without any toppings. This dessert is delicious!

      I was not a fan of these at all. The ‘brownie’ layers had the texture of cake and the chocolate flavor was seriously lacking. The ‘cornflake crunch’ became too soft and tasted/felt stale. Just a total miss for me

      Nice, rich, fudgy brownie recipe. I was a little apprehensive at the amount of peppermint extract called for, I worried that it would be overwhelming, but it isn’t too much in the final result. (I do think you *could* get by with less, if you’re looking for a lighter note of mint.) I skipped the optional crushed peppermint candy topping, but I can see how it would add a very nice touch around the holidays.

      These brownies are sublime!! So, so good. My supermarket did not have cans of dulce de leche, so I subbed in Stonewall Kitchen's jarred dulce de leche sauce. A friend told me they were the best brownies she has had in a long time, if not ever. Definitely one of my favorites as well!

      The brownies baked in 30 minutes, with a nice crackly top and a very fudgy texture. There was a mixed reaction to the recipe with most liking the fudgy texture, but I found them overly gooey.

      Delicious, and exactly what you would expect. The imitation vanilla really created that birthday cake/funfetti flavor. Very soft and chewy.

      Delicious, very rich, and so fun with the sprinkles. I used regular vanilla and Guittard white chocolate wafers, slightly less than called for. The bars would be cuter with chips.

      Absolutely divine. These are SO soft and chewy while also having great texture from the pecans and oats. I loved the espresso caramel as well... Everyone has loved them!!

      These came out very crumbly in texture, but with a delicious, rich, buttery espresso flavor. I subbed slivered almonds for the pecans because that’s what I had on hand. They are VERY sweet - a small piece is enough.
