      This recipe is really good, but needs 2 important modifications to the instructions. 1) boil off the white wine for a few minutes before putting the lid on to pressure cook. otherwise, the alcohol doesn't cook off and that flavor comes through in the end. 2) Add salt before pressure cooking. I was surprised there was no salt in the ingredients. This is ESPECIALLY needed if you don't use the optional parmesan, and/or if your broth is low sodium.

  • Chicken cacciatore

      I quite liked this, but found it was a bit too greasy. Not sure if it's because I put in too much oil during during the veggies cooking process or because the bone-in thighs were too fatty or some combination of both. I will use less oil and boneless, skinnless thighs when I make it next.

  • Beef & broccoli

      Very good. A great way to use up extra broccoli. As I like extra sauce, I used a 1/3 cup vs 1/4 cup on every thing except the oil.
