    Cauliflower with Pork, p68. A useable recipe, a little bland so a stronger flavoured dish/es are needed with it. The method of boiling the cauliflower first gives it the flavour of, not surprisingly, boiled cauliflower, so from now on, will use the stir fry everything else first and then stir fry the cauliflower, add water and simmer.

    Love this little book. Excellent for beginners, as most are good basic recipes which everyone likes. Only 2 or 3 we didn’t care for. Home cooking.
