Taleggio and Sage Focaccia Rolls pg.51.These were OK but probably won't make again.

  • kbrooks on February 25, 2025

Butternut Squash Corn and Bread Bake with Cheese and Chives pg.102.I had a small Butternut squash and a small delicata squash so I combined them in this casserole. We really like this and will make again. Only change I made was to top it with freshly grated parmesan-reggiano cheese.

Mashed potato pie with bacon pg.59. Yummy comfort casserole. Cooked the bacon crisp and added to the potatoes along with the leek and onion mixture. Definitely making again.

Sticky Spare Ribs with Honey and Soy Glaze pg.27. Really delicious Ribs. Made exactly as written and they turned out tender and moist. The sticky sauce really made a mess of the pan so I will line the pan with foil next time for easier clean up.
