    This is a fantastic recipe! I used chanterelle mushrooms. The brown butter balsamic is so good and any extra can be used on pasta.

    We had high hopes for the bacon, sherry cream sauce. Who wouldn't? I planned to drink it for breakfast the next day but it ended up being a little dull. Maybe I should have simmered longer so there was more flavor incorporation? The skewers were decent.

    The meat was very tender and flavorful. I heavily salted the meat a couple hours before BBQ. Perfect!

    Turkey butts were awful an awful texture and flavor., it’s a horrible cut of meat, if you want to try the recipe go with chicken thighs

    This was delicious. Subbed shallot for sweet onions, but otherwise followed pretty closely. White shoyu and aji amarillo paste purchased from Amazon.
