    Pungent, bold flavor that reminds me a bit of a Grecian "Veracruz" sauce, with the tomatoes and cinnamon combination. I made this recipe using halibut filets and was very pleased with the complexity and strength of flavor, using primarily all cupboard/basic ingredients. One I will bookmark for future preparations for sure.

    Husband loved this. I liked that it was a lighter way to prepare a roast chicken, removing the skin and almost more braising it in the oven with the stock and lemon juice. Came out very flavorful, equally cooked and moist.

• The winemaker's pork

    Loved this a lot. I marinated the chops for about 3 hours and they only needed about 5 minutes on a grill pan to be done. The olives and mushrooms are a great complement to the pork and make for a uniquely different flavor.
