    I made the Moroccan chickpea burgers from this book. (Recipe is available on his site and there's is a video on his YouTube channel too.) I found this recipe to be super easy to make and really delicious. Best veggie burgers I've made, and a definite repeat.

  • Tender bulgogi pork in lettuce cups

      This was a nice enough dinner, but didn't taste like any bulgogi I've ever had. The instructions to add the pork marinade at the end of cooking seemed not quite food safe to me since it was sitting with raw pork. Maybe I'm being overly cautious though?

      Nice dinner. We liked the apples and sage, but would reduce the honey next time and add more greens since they wilted down to nothing. It was a bit too sweet, even with the balsamic vinegar.
