    Marinated grilled salmon (pg 60) uses a marinade of soy sauce, wasabi, whisky, garlic, and ginger. This made a very nice salmon but I prefer the more straight-forward teriyaki marinades for salmon. This was just a bit too busy ... making one try to identify a flavor rather than simply enjoying the salmon.
