    Italian sub (pg 103) has an oil & vinegar dressing, jalapeno, pimento, and tomato with Genoa salami, provolone, capicola ham, pepperoni, and turkey breast. This is a decent Italian sub but not my favorite. It is a decent base to experiement from.
