      Really delicious soup. I marries carrots with onion seeds, mustard and other great flavors. I added garlic snapes from the farmers market and used fresh onions and their green tops. I used purple carrots so the color surprised my guests. It was absolutely delicious but not orange. I also tripled the garlic and the thyme.
