    Thursday, 26 May 2011 Made the Calf's Liver w/Lemon for my offal-eating club (I cook, they taste), used smoked Spanish paprika in addition to the salt and pepper seasoning in the flour. Everybody loved it. Absolutely simple, absolutely right.
