  Deceptively plain-looking, this is simple, subtle, and delicious. Great on its own or as part of a set of salads or side dishes. Olive oil can easily stand in for the butter here.

  Very tasty and easy, save peeling the chickpeas. I used a pressure cooker and it took less than an hour to prepare.
