Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Beet risotto

    • bspindel on October 14, 2016

I didn't want to waste so much sage as garnish, so after crisping the sage as directed, I put ALL OF IT into the processor with the beets. Worked well.

Reviews about this book

  • Boston Globe by T. Susan Chang

I have nothing against the team approach to cookbook publishing. It means that you can have info-packed design, terrific visuals,...a few should have been spared for recipe-testing.
