    This book is more about the show and contestants than recipes. I’d like to see more recipes and less bios.

  • Turkey and pork meatballs with orecchiette pasta and spinach-almond pesto

      We used gluten free pasta; didn't have artichokes, so threw in some roasted red peppers; didn't make the spinach-almond pesto, just added some almonds at the end with wine, lemon and parmesan. Will make it again and make the spinach-almond pesto, nice meal, great meatballs. Used gluten free flour for the meatballs.
