      This dough came together very quickly in the food processor. I used ground almonds, and made a half recipe for the sablés on the following page.

      I added some chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips to the basic dough; otherwise I followed the recipe. Took a little longer in my oven. Really good and easy cookies. A definite repeat.
