    What sets these apart from other biscuits I make is that they are baked in a muffin tin. They came together quickly & my large Pampered Chef scoop gave me 9 biscuits and not the expected 12 for a 1/2 recipe but I don't think I would want them smaller. I was surprised that they were better once cooled & then reheated compared to straight out of the oven. We will happily eat them but I think I would return to regular "drop" style biscuits before repeating this one.
