    Simple to prepare and very good. I served with the lamb & mint kofte. They were excellent together. Also good with crackers or bread.

    I made this exactly like the very simple recipe, except omitted walnuts because my daughter is allergic. It's really delicious. I will serve it with beef with rose harrisa tonight.

    Delicious! It’s easy and elevated by the addition of garlic and sumac. We served it with the tepsi kebab from the same book, a great match
