Then come the recipes: beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish and shellfish, vegetables, soups and even desserts! They range from down-home favorites like Chile-Rubbed BBQ Hickory Ribs to exotic dishes such as Kashmiri Curried Chicken Wings with Minted Yogurt-Cucumber Dip.
