Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Chicken or shrimp marinade

    • Breadcrumbs on August 10, 2014

      p. 107 - Excellent marinade with just the right balance of sweet, savoury and tang. I'd definitely use this recipe again.

    • lhudson on November 08, 2016

Used this marinade on shrimp and it provided excellent flavor, just make sure you don't over cook the shrimp.

  • Peanut butter bread

    • MidwesternerTT on July 08, 2016

This is a very good, mildly sweet "quick" bread that also calls for sugar but no eggs and uses baking powder for levening. I used a mixer to combine ingredients well. My bread took 60 minutes to bake.

  • Herb-baked chicken

    • MidwesternerTT on July 08, 2016

Easy and very tasty. I only needed half the oil listed.
