Enjoyed this a lot! Easy to make. Did not have feta on hand but used a generous amount of cream cheese and also some ham lunch meat and shredded cheese because why not. Hubby turned pan drippings into a gravy. Very delicious

Pretty yummy basic apple muffins. I made home made applesauce in my IP for this recipe. (Apples, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 min. on high). I added the 2 teaspoons of baking soda to the 1 1/2 cups hot applesauce. I did not use cloves, nuts or raisins. Next time I would double the recipe.

  • Grandmama Hiers's carrot cake

    • MsCrocus on April 18, 2017

This is my go to carrot cake recipe. Simple and delicious....just nuts, carrots and cinnamon.

    • Gawney on July 21, 2019
