I would have liked to introduce a bit of white wine into the mix before adding the sour cream. As written, the mushrooms sucked up much of the sour cream before serving, leaving little to no sauce.

I thought the clove was a bit overpowering. Next time, I'd go down to 1/8 teaspoon. I also seasoned the cabbage as it was cooking in stead of seasoning it entirely at the end.
