Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Quinoa power porridge

    • radishseed on December 14, 2022

There's far too much liquid for the cooked quinoa version. Comes out more like a beverage than a porridge.

  • Spiced beans & halloumi

    • FJT on May 10, 2021

What’s not to like?! Spicy baked beans with a hint of sweetness from the maple syrup which nicely balances the salty cheese. I’m sure I will make this again.

  • Lentil and bean chilli with guacamole

    • FJT on May 23, 2021

      Easy weeknight recipe.

  • Sweet potato & cauliflower curry

    • FJT on July 13, 2022

      Easy and tasty.

  • Chicken katsu curry

    • etcjm on February 05, 2019

Sauce was bland, surprising given the ingredients. Thought my daughter would have enjoyed it, but it was a 'don't do again mam'. On the upside, it was quick, easy and from store cupboard ingredients. Maybe I just don't know what katsu is supposed to taste like..
