Tuxedo (pg 82) is a fun combination of gin, fino sherry, and orange bitters. While I generally prefer sherry alone, this is a fun twist when one wants period drinks.

Publishers Text

Award-winning restaurateur and culinary author Michael Turback was on the forefront of the progressive cocktail movement, among the first to revive and re-imagine vintage formulas and elevating mixology to a culinary art. Cocktail programs developed in his establishments have influenced the beverage business for over three decades. This book is the product of his personal quest for the touchstones of cocktailing, recipes and stories of drinks that endured and survived Prohibition, nurtured by the imagination and craft of dedicated barmen.
