  This book is loaded with fun information on recipe names and not only that I wanted to start cooking right away. Showed this book to my in-law who is from Xian and she thought the recipes were quite good with photos. And the funniest part is, these two men speak no Mandarin or any other dialects.     Good flavor. Not too sweet, not too “unsweetened”….just about right. I think a step should be added to prevent sticking in the pan. When you take it out of the oven, brush the heated oil up the sides of the muffin cups before putting the mixture into them.
