      Easy Asian dressing for salads or bowls. Simple straightforward taste with ingredients easily on hand. Is a thin vinaigrette. Made GF with Tamari instead of soy. Could use aminos but had Tamari on hand.

      This was easy and tasty. I followed the recipe except I used green cotton candy grapes instead of red grapes, and chopped chives instead of scallions. This would make a good camping or picnic salad as it is served at room temperature.

      Used cashew cream instead of yogurt for a vegan version. Used dehydrated greens (spinach and arugula)and potatoes and let simmer longer. Very good flavors!

      The hot sauce was a great addition to liven the dish up. I liked that the Brussels sprouts maintained some crunch so there was a nice combination of textures. I had to use 2-3x the amount of oil specified as the vegetables kept sticking to the pan. Overall a nice healthy breakfast without too much fuss.

      Good and super easy if use pre-cooked lentils. Definitely a great weeknight staple to have on hand. Can add chicken instead of tofu.
