      Found the most beautiful porcini mushrooms today at the market and made this simple recipe. As always the simplest ones are the best. The mushrooms really shine, and I would gladly eat this pasta more often (if it weren't for the pricy mushrooms and the seasonal restrictions).

      This was really simple and straightforward to make. A little bit dark and thick at the end of the cook, I think because I used more flour than I perhaps should have. I ended up adding a little more marsala/mascarpone/water to get a good gravy consistency (after I took the photo) but it did turn out really lovely.
