Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Chinese sausage fried rice

    • kbrooks on December 22, 2024

Really tasty fried rice. I browned the sausage and onions before adding the eggs as we didn't want rubber eggs. Also added chopped Swiss chard (stems and leaves) and chopped green beans that we had on hand.

  • Sriracha roasted chicken thighs

    • kbrooks on November 18, 2025

Super easy. Made exactly as written except for reducing the Sriracha sauce to 1 tablespoon. It still packed plenty of heat. Will make again as hubby loves this.

  • One-pot lemon chicken

    • kbrooks on February 02, 2025

My husband really liked this. I thought this was OK. It was certainly easy to make. However it just didn't have the lemony punch I was expecting. Probably won't repeat.
