  • Pumpkin Nutella bread

    • NicoleBrown on October 03, 2024

I thought I did a good job swirling the Nutella, but it baked into a pretty heavy center clump. I think I should have also brought my middle swirl up a bit higher than I did as it sank a little causing a bit of the loaf to get stuck to the pan. Regardless, my family loved this.

  • Triple-chocolate biscotti

    • NicoleBrown on October 19, 2024

I had never made biscotti before so I wanted to try my hand at it! While a bit of a time commitment, I found it a pretty easy bake! Followed the recipe exactly, minus taking a bit of shortcut for melting the chocolate. I wasn't sure I was going to do this part, but ended up dipping 3/4th of them. Taste is great! I made them for the grown ups, but my youngest is a chocolate LOVER and he is totally into them as well.

  • Albi crunch bars

    • mtnbaker5280 on April 19, 2025

I'm used to adding vanilla extract to just about everything so I was worried these would be missing something. I used Cherry Republic's blueberry jam and walnuts. The jam is a little chunky (it has cherries too) so I broke up the big chunks after adding the lemon juice. These turned out delicious! I pawned the rest of the batch off on coworkers, who raved about them. I'll be trying the apricot & hazelnut version next.

  • Espresso almond icebox cookies

    • MollyB on April 15, 2026

Delicious cookies if you want a complex, bittersweet coffee/cocoa flavor. They're not cookies I really crave for dessert, but are a perfect for mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack to wake up your taste buds. The recipes notes are correct that the cookies improve with sitting - they were definitely better the day after making them.

  • Gingerbread amaretti

    • caillahess on January 03, 2026

Not a fan of traditional gingerbread cookies but these are delish.

  • Zaletti

    • selena__rhea on June 09, 2025

Lovely lemony cookie with a gorgeous crunch from both the cornmeal and the raw sugar they were rolled in. I did have to chill the dough for a bit before rolling. Dried cranberries instead of traditional raisin very pleasant. Great cookie!

  • Italian Krispie treats

    • MollyB on April 25, 2026

These are so good! Crossing tiramisu with Rice Krispie treats is such a great idea! The little bit of rum, espresso, and cocoa offset the marshmallow sweetness and make a nice, grown-up Rice Krispie treat.

  • Limoncello pistachio tart

    • Jw4144 on June 03, 2026

Crust was easy to make. Curd was very tart so some tasters added whipped cream topping to balance out the tartness.

  • Spumoni loaf

  • Malted tiramisù

    • KCKB on November 28, 2024

Made a hybrid version of this plus another favorite tiramisù recipe - the malted milk powder is a fantastic addition!
