    Spatzle with cabbage and sausage: absolutely delicious. Might add more beer next time. Used bratwurst and added some chili powder and chili flakes for spicy German sausage. Used Molly Yeh's spatzle recipe, would have liked more spatzle. This would have also been good over egg noodles. Will definitely make again. 4/5

    Mushrooms stuffed with spinach-pecan puree: a lot of potential here. Would have done less liquid next time and have drained spinach more. Texture needs some crunch but otherwise there is a lot to work with. 3.25/5

    Crab and soba noodle salad: fine. The flavor of the crab didn't come through very much. Overall very mild. I thought there was potential. Alex preffered with chili crisp. 3/5
