Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Glow up pesto dream bowl

    • Kmatazz on April 27, 2026

Looking at this book - I am going to go recipe by recipe and try them! This first one was fabulous! I used chickpeas and my own pesto - added the oil (lemon infused and Italian spices) which I had added to the dry sundried tomatoes and it was perfection! The combination with the basil leaves was so good!

  • Glow girl kale slaw

    • Kmatazz on May 12, 2026

Very good! Don’t leave out the almonds! YUMM. Though very interesting how kale was massaged with salad dressing and mayo added to salad as a separate ingredient.

  • Backyard barbecue tofu and jalapeño-tomato rice salad

    • michelle_gzgxxp on April 24, 2026

Absolutely delicious. The BBQ tofu and her BBQ sauce is so good and can be used in multiple ways. Loving this cookbook. I didn’t bother to press the tofu and just cooked it a bit longer and it came out perfect.

  • Toppled taco salad

    • michelle_gzgxxp on April 24, 2026

Her tofu taco crumbles are divine. We ended up using them in tacos with black beans. YUM and easy.

    • KateS27 on May 30, 2026

This was so good! There are quite a few components to prep ahead of time, but it’s definitely worth it! And now it’s all ready for tomorrow!

  • Crispy and chewy barbecue tofu

  • Taco tofu crumble

  • Sweet and tangy no-chop barbecue sauce

    • michelle_gzgxxp on April 24, 2026

Easy, delish!! Used leftovers in BBQ soy curl sandwiches from Rainbow Plant Life.

  • Lime and Sriracha aioli

    • KateS27 on May 30, 2026

Yum! Yum! This is delicious! Can’t wait to eat it with a salad later! I used all 6 teaspoons of sriracha and all 8 of lime juice. I also made the soy-free mayo from the book to use with it. Delicious tang and spice!

  • Soy-free vegan mayonnaise

    • KateS27 on May 30, 2026

So easy and yummy! Especially if you already have frozen aquafaba waiting for you (which I did!)!

  • Cilantro-jalapeño rice

    • KateS27 on May 30, 2026

Delicious!! I made this to put in a salad, but I would definitely use it with a variety of rice dishes!
