      These were very simple but very tasty. One of my favorite marinated zucchini recipes. I didn't have baby zucchini so I sliced zucchini 1/4" thick.

      We liked this - but the fig leaves proved a subtle note against the anchovy butter. Since I took the time to wrap the fish, I would have liked to taste the fig leaves more prominently.

      The chicken comes out a beautiful golden brown. It did take longer to cook it than the recipe specified by about 15 minutes. The lemon flavor dominates the remaining flavors in the spice rub.
