    Ultimate Italian sausage grinder (pg 32) uses too much mayonnaise for my taste; when I think Italian sandwich, I think oil and vinegar. I also prefer to solve the sausage bite problem by slicing the sausage rather than removing the sausage from its casing. The sausage-bell pepper-parsley filling was a bit plain for my taste. I feat this sandwich was not to my taste.
