This is one of my most used books. Their "Quick Mix" is like making your own Bisquick, with lots of recipes to make with this one mix. In the past, I have mixed up Taco, Spaghetti and Sloppy Joe Mixes and given them out with felted hot pads as gifts. The mixes are invaluable for camping and road trips when staying where one has a kitchen to use. I prep everything in ziplocks and cooking is so quick and easy.

Taco seasoning mix (pg 36) is a decent taco seasoning which I will probably use as rarely as if I bought it in a store. This is the sort of recipe that can be very helpful for a working mother or someone with mobility issues but not for me at the present time.
